During the week of May 14 to May 18, we will give students instructions and reminders about how to complete their end of year checkout procedures. We encourage them to complete these things by Thursday May 17.
Library Books – All textbooks and novels should be checked into the library by Thursday May 17. Students may check in their books before or after school. Students with lost or damaged books will need to pay to replace the books.
Fees and Fines – All unpaid fees and fines need to be paid in full by Thursday May 17. These can be paid by students at the finance office before or after school and during lunch or parents may call the school and pay by Visa, Mastercard or Discover card.
Lockers – Locker checkout will begin on Thursday May 17 (We recommend that students clean all personal items out of their lockers by the afternoon of Wednesday May 16, so that they don’t have to carry personal items around all day Thursday). Students will be required to clean all stickers, writing and food spills out of their lockers before finalizing checkout. Students will not be able to access their lockers after this time, so they should plan on keeping any personal items with them on Friday May 18
and Monday May 21.
Students who have completed their checkout procedures by Thursday May 17 will receive their yearbooks on the morning of Tuesday May 22. Those who have not, will be required to finish their checkout procedures before receiving their yearbooks on Tuesday.
